Because we really like white sauces, but also chicken steak, we combined them in a delicious and hard to refuse dish.
I avoid preparing such sauces often, because they are very high in calories, but once every 2-3 weeks we feel the need to indulge in them.
They are very tasty and combine perfectly with chicken, mushrooms, or various ingredients

  • 750 g chicken breasts
  • 450 g chicken breast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • frying oil
  • For the sauce:
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g of flour
  • 750 ml milk
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper to taste
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of green parsley

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken breasts and chicken breast in spicy bechamel sauce:

Divide the chicken breast into smaller pieces and mix them with the chicken breasts, then sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over them. We powder them well with the spices, on all sides and let them rest for 15 minutes. We fry them, then, in a hot oil bath, until they are nicely browned and well penetrated inside. They can also be prepared in the oven to avoid oil, but my family preferred fried ones, because they are much better, but also because we have cholesterol in normal parameters: D: D We take the meat out on absorbent paper towels and drain it well. oil. While the cups are frying, prepare the bechamel sauce. Melt the butter in a double-walled bowl and add the flour, stirring vigorously until the butter is absorbed by all the flour. Gradually pour the hot milk and mix continuously so as not to create lumps. Season, then the bechamel sauce with salt, white pepper and nutmeg, to taste and let it boil for 2-3 boils. Then dip the chicken in it and let it boil for another 2-3 boils, during which time we add the garlic, cleaned and grated. After extinguishing the fire, or during serving, add chopped green parsley for extra freshness. We serve them warm, simple, because they have everything and are very tasty! May it be useful to you!

Chicken breasts and breast in spicy bechamel sauce - Recipes

Best thing ever. Mega delicious, you can't help but like it !!

I had her on the list for a long time and it was her turn. I always took others and forgot about her. But over the weekend I didn't want to miss it, I bought everything I needed and got to work.

I have the recipe on the packaging from the lasagna sheets, it seemed pretty ok and I thought of using that one :) Although I changed a little here and there :)

  • lasagna leaf (Monte Banato)
  • for bechamel sauce: 4 tablespoons butter, 3-4 tablespoons flour, 500 ml milk, salt, white pepper, ground nutmeg
  • for bolognese sauce: 600 gr minced pork, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 300 ml tomato sauce, 1 glass (150 ml) water, salt, pepper, basil, parsley, 2 tablespoons olive oil.

* The first time I prepared the bolognese sauce:

I finely chopped the onion and the carrot and put them to harden in olive oil.

I added minced meat and 1 glass of water over them. I let it boil over low heat until the water evaporated.

Then I added the tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper. I left it on the fire for 20 minutes.

5 minutes before the end I put the chopped parsley.

I melted the butter in a pan.

I added flour and mixed.

Then I gradually added the milk, stirring constantly.

I added salt, white pepper and nutmeg.

In a bowl of hot water I dipped each lasagna sheet in turn for 1 minute. It is not necessarily necessary but I wanted to be sure that they will not remain undone during baking.

In a tray I put a few tablespoons of bechamel sauce, spread it evenly then added a row of sheets.

I added another layer of bechamel sauce and then one of bolognese sauce. I also put grated cheese on each layer.

We continue like this for a few layers.

At the end we put a layer of leaves, bechamel sauce and grated cheese.

I put the pan in the oven over medium heat. On the box it was written to cover it with aluminum foil, but I left it uncovered.

I left it for about 40-45 minutes. If you like it redder on the surface, leave it for another 10 minutes.

It's mega, mega delicious! It takes some time and patience but it is well worth it!

Low cabbage improved with chicken legs

  • I finely chopped a small onion and sautéed it in a little olive oil
  • 2 carrots, 1 parsley root, 2 bell peppers, all chopped through a chopper, I added them over the onion
  • then I put the chicken legs (without skin), salt, pepper, green dill, a bay leaf, thyme and a cup of water (I really wanted the legs to be just boiled, not fried, to be a little more dietary )
  • separately, I grated the cabbage and rubbed it with salt
  • when the food started to boil, I put the cabbage
  • after 15 minutes, I put 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • it boiled for about 15 minutes, without a lid, so that all the water would drain.

Alas, what goodness! You made me want to !!

  • 100 g of honey

  • a cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons walnut liqueur

for cream 2:

for syrup:

Method of preparation:

For the top, mix the ground walnuts, cocoa, flour and baking powder. Rub the soft butter with the honey until a foam is obtained which is added to the dry mixture. Then add the beaten eggs and rum. Grease the baking tin with butter and pour the dough, which is baked for 35 minutes.

Prepare cream 1 for which grind 100 g of nuts, mix well with flour and fry in a pan. Add cinnamon, honey, butter, sugar, walnut liqueur and milk. Bring to a simmer until thick. Then leave to cool.

Prepare cream 2 for which you put the cream and butter on the fire. When it boils, remove the pan from the heat and add the broken chocolate pieces. Leave for 5 minutes and then mix to obtain a buttery cream. Allow to cool as well.

The top is soaked in coffee liqueur and a first thin layer of cream 1, then a thicker layer of cream 2. Let cool for 10 minutes, and then put a thick layer of cream 1 and finish with a thin layer of cream 2. Leave to cool overnight.
