I received blueberries from the mountains, a wonder, and I said to make them jam.
- 1kg afine
- 1kg old
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cranberry jam:
Blueberries are cleaned of impurities (I did not have the case) and washed.
Put them in a saucepan with the sugar and leave them in the fridge overnight.
I boiled them directly so that they don't leave too much juice anyway.
Boil on low heat for an hour, an hour and a half until it reaches the desired consistency.
I left it thicker because that's how we like it.
Add the lemon juice towards the end.
The sample is dropped with a drop on the cold plate and when the grain remains it is ready.
Put hot in sterilized jars, put the lid on and put the lids down until they cool.
Labels are placed and stored in the pantry.
After it is ready by checking with a drop, it is still left to become the consistency you like.
