The chocolate and amaretti cake is a dessert to be made very easily whenever you want a quick dessert to prepare with puff pastry. How to make chocolate and amaretti cake
Roll out the puff pastry roll and transfer it to the mold lined with parchment paper.
With the tines of a fork, prick its surface.
Then cover the base with the amaretti.
In a bowl, beat the egg and yolk with the sugar.
Add the cream and mix.
Break the chocolate and distribute it among the macaroons.
Pour in the prepared mixture and fold the edges of the puff pastry inwards.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
