Baileys Muffin Recipe from of 27-02-2012 [Updated on 18-07-2016]
The idea of these baileys muffins had been in my head for quite a while, last Sunday I wanted to prepare a quick dessert to take to the office the next morning, I opened the fridge to look for inspiration, I saw the philadelphia and the bottle of Baileys and I remembered a recipe that involved using them as a filling for muffins. So I worked hard to prepare these muffins starting from my basic recipe and I got some really delicious muffins with a creamy heart. This too sadly flew away, and with this baileys muffin recipe I hope to sweeten you on Monday, kisses to those who pass by: *
How to make baileys muffins
Prepare the baileys cream cheese by mixing the philadelphia, icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of bayles with a whisk or a blender.
Now start preparing the muffins by mixing the flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl.
Separately mix the egg, milk, oil and liqueur.
Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl where the dry ingredients are, then mix the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Fill half the height of the buttered and floured muffin molds (if you use silicone molds this is not necessary) Pour a generous teaspoon of cream cheese on each muffin.
Cover with a teaspoon of dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.
Baile the baileys muffins for about 20 minutes.
Allow the muffins to cool before removing them from the molds and serving them.
And here's the fluffy interior with the cream cheese heart.
