How to make pasta with lard and mushrooms
First of all, prepare the ingredients: chop the lard with a knife, wash and cut the tomatoes, soak the mushrooms in hot water for at least 10 minutes.
Put the garlic and the lard in a pan with the oil: the garlic should brown and the lard should begin to melt.
Then add the mushrooms and brown them well, finally add the tomatoes and cook all together for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain it al dente, add it to the sauce and stir in the pecorino, then season with salt and pepper.
The pasta with lard and mushrooms is ready, serve it immediately.
