Fried gnocchi (as can be clearly seen) are the classic gnocchi which, however, instead of being boiled and served as a first course, are flavored with parmesan, spices, or herbs and brought to the table as a snack. This is also something I saw on facebook, this time the muse was my aunt ketty;) In short, as Paola's students would say, who left the comment before I wrote the incipit of the recipe, these fried gnocchi are cool , seeing is believing ;)

Method
How to make fried dumplings
Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the dumplings over high heat for a few minutes, turning them from time to time.
As they are done, lift them with a slotted spoon and place them on some absorbent paper.
Finally season them with salt, paprika and pecorino cheese and turn quickly to distribute them.
Serve immediately.
