The veal slices in foil were an experiment to cook this type of meat in a different way from the classic cooking in a pan, without adding fat during cooking. How to make veal slices in foil
Prepare the mushrooms by browning them in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil, season with salt and cook for about ten minutes.
Beat the veal slices then pass them on a plate with the flour and a pinch of salt.
Arrange the slices of speck on each slice over the entire surface
Then cover half the slice with the cheese and a spoonful of mushrooms
Close the veal slice into portfolios. Place each bundle on a sheet of aluminum foil
Then close the packets and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 °
Cook for 10 minutes
Serve on the plates and enjoy your meal :)
