Today I propose a single dish, sausages with peppers and potatoes, a simple recipe, without oil (just the meat of the sausage to flavor everything, but if you want you can add a little oil) and nice substantial. To obtain a homogeneous cooking of all the ingredients, however, you have to cut the potatoes thin and cover the pan with aluminum foil for the first part of cooking, so after an hour or so you will have the perfect cooking of meat and vegetables :) I was inspired by famous packets that you buy to make chicken, and it worked. How to make peppers with potatoes and sausage
Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and then in half, peel the onion and cut it into slices, clean the pepper (click here to go to the guide) and cut it into strips
