Recipe Cream of Swiss chard of 30-01-2015 [Updated on 12-02-2015]
With the cold that it is today, a cream of chard is all there is, it is a light dish with a delicate flavor and if accompanied with hot bread croutons it becomes a unique and healthy dish. How to make the chard soup
Wash and peel the potato, then cut it into cubes. Wash the beets and remove the part of the earthy stems
Chop the onion, then sauté it in a pan with a drizzle of oil
Add the potatoes and cook them in the sauce for a few minutes.
Then add the chopped beets
Cover with the hot broth and cook for about 20 minutes
Season with salt, then blend
Add the grated Parmesan
Then mix and serve the cream of chard on plates garnishing the dish with flakes of Parmesan cheese.
