Parmesan sandwiches recipe of 11-07-2015 [Updated on 27-06-2016]

These parmesan sandwiches are just a delight! Soft, with an irresistible scent, I'm sure they will literally be snapped up on your tables, just as it happened at my house when I served them to accompany dinner a few weeks ago. They are perfect to combine with any meal, but they are also delicious to be enjoyed alone or stuffed with meats, cheeses and grilled vegetables. Well friends, I leave you the recipe for parmesan sandwiches and I'm going to prepare your bags, today last day of holidays, this week has really flown, but I'm very happy because I made a really amazing blue refill. Now the return trip awaits me, we travel at night so I hope to be able to get some sleep on the plane. I greet you and we will read tomorrow with more calm :)

Method

How to make parmesan sandwiches

In a bowl, mix the flour with the Parmesan.

Dissolve the malt and yeast in a glass with the water.

Pour into the bowl with flour and Parmesan and start working the dough.

Then add the lard, salt and pepper: knead by hand or with the mixer until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.

Place it in a bowl, cover with a cloth, let it rise until doubled.

Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces.

Make sausages and then, delicately, wrap them to form snails.

Place the parmesan sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rise once more until doubled.
Brush with oil, cover with more grated Parmesan.

Bake the sandwiches at 180 ° C in a preheated oven and cook for about twenty minutes.

Leave to cool on a wire rack, then serve the parmesan sandwiches.
