Some time ago I published a guide on centrifuged and I realized that I never made it myself, so I ran to buy a nice new centrifuge and here I am with the first experiment: P
THE centrifuged fruit accompanied my lunches during the hottest summer days and they really surprised me for their goodness, their being so versatile.
Unlike smoothies, here the juice of the fruit (or vegetables) is separated from the pulp and peel for a lighter product but still full of vitamins and minerals and you don't even have to peel the fruit ... wonderful: D

How to make juice with kiwi apple and cucumber
Wash the fruit well under running water.
Coarsely cut into pieces (the dimensions depend on the mouth of your juicer: the pieces must fit comfortably) apple, kiwi (with all the peel) and cucumber.
If necessary, place a container under the centrifuge nozzle, then, little by little, insert the pieces into the appliance and start it.
Your juice with kiwi apple and cucumber is ready, you just have to drink it immediately, to enjoy all the benefits.
