This week I continue with muffins, this time orange muffins with a heart of orange marmalade, a sciuè sciuè dessert that I made to sweeten myself one afternoon a few weeks ago and to consume half a jar of orange marmalade that was waiting to be done out for a while;) Excuse me if I do not dwell on this morning but it is already a miracle that I managed to carve out a minute to write 2 lines, now here in the office we are in full chaos and, since it must have been a job of a few days , it's becoming a chore. How to make orange muffins
As usual in the preparation of muffins, prepare 2 bowls, in one put the flour, sugar and yeast, in the other the liquids, juice and grated orange peel, the egg and the butter and mix. Pour the liquid ingredients into those dry
Mix the muffin dough.
Pour the mixture into greased and floured cups and fill them for 2/3 of their height. If you want you can add a teaspoon of orange marmalade in each mold.
Bake the orange muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15/20 minutes.
Let it cool before removing the muffins from the molds and serving.
