Recipe Bocconcini artichokes and ham from of 15-06-2013 [Updated on 20-06-2016]
With the last artichokes of the season, I prepared this delicious and delicious appetizer. For an even faster dish, you can use the artichoke hearts so you don't even have to put on gloves so as not to blacken your hands when you clean the artichokes;) I'm leaving today for the weekend, I take Elisa to the sea, we go to Cilento and I take this opportunity to go to the cherry festival to be held this weekend. How to make artichoke morsels
Clean the artichokes then cut the hearts into 4 parts and put it in a bowl with water and lemon
Boil the artichokes in salted water for 5/10 minutes
Drain the artichokes, let them cool then roll them in the cooked ham together with a flake of parmesan cheese
Roll everything up to obtain small morsels
Prepare 2 dishes, one with beaten eggs together with salt and pepper and another with breadcrumbs, now pass the artichoke bites first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs
Fry until golden brown
Lift and serve the artichoke morsels with prosciutto
