Recipe Tart with mascarpone di of 17-11-2014 [Updated on 29-08-2018]
Last week I saw a cocoa tart with mascarpone filling on Facebook, the photo of the slice enticed me and I immediately rushed to try it. I tried the recipe but it failed, the pastry was not a shortcrust pastry because it was too sticky and the filling was too little sweet! But the idea seemed excellent to me, so I reworked the recipe using my cocoa shortcrust pastry as a base and sweetened the cream: the result was delicious! So with this dessert I wish you a sweet start to the week and if you want to prepare a cuddly dessert, this is the one for you, kisses :)
How to make a mascarpone tart
Prepare the cocoa shortcrust pastry by putting the flour, cocoa and sugar in a bowl with the eggs, butter and baking soda in the center.
Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Wrap the pastry in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream cheese by whipping the mascarpone, philadelphia, sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Work until you get a cream.
Divide the shortcrust pastry into two parts, and then roll out two sheets.
Line a mold covered with parchment paper with the pastry and prick the base.
Pour the cream on the pastry and add the Nutella in spoonfuls.
Cover with another layer of pastry and seal the edges well all around.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Let it cool completely before serving the cake. Then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
