L'black cabbage salad I tasted it during my recent trip to New York, at RossoPomodoro. It is ideal for bringing a little sparkle to cold winter tables. Light but nutritious, winter but colorful, salty but with a touch of sweet and sour, I am sure that the cabbage salad will win you over at the first taste! If you like mixes of flavors and appreciate kefir, don't hesitate to try this unusual salad;) The raw black cabbage salad in its original version included persimmon apple, not having found it, I used an apple, but the choice is yours;)
How to make kale salad
First clean the cabbage by removing the leaves from the head and eliminating the hardest parts.
Cut everything into strips, then leave it to soak in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, shell the pomegranate, wash the apple well and cut it into thin slices, with all the peel.
Cook the spelled according to the cooking times and drain it al dente.
At this point, assemble the salad by combining the drained cabbage, spelled, coarsely chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds in a bowl.
Season with salt and kefir and mix gently.
The black cabbage salad is ready, you just have to serve it.
