The beetroot and chocolate cake is typical of the Anglo-Saxon tradition, in our area it might seem unusual to use beets in a dessert but it is their presence that makes this dessert unique. This cake has conquered all those who have tasted it, thanks to the naturally fuchsia color of the icing, the soft and moist texture and the sweetness of the beetroot that goes well with the taste of bitter cocoa. If I have intrigued you enough, write down this recipe and try this dessert at the first opportunity and please, do not tell your guests that there is beetroot inside, they will taste, without prejudice, a glazed chocolate cake that they will tell you later be one of the best ever tasted;) greet you and wish you a sweet Monday;)
