Yorkshire pudding is a typically Anglo-Saxon preparation, usually used to accompany the roast beef or in any case meat dishes. This is a baked egg and milk batter that's really easy to make. How to make Yorkshire pudding
Put the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper and beat well with a whisk.
Also add the flour and work with a whisk to mix.
Finally add the milk slowly, mixing well.
Heat the convection oven to 220 ° C, put a small piece of butter in each mold (I used the muffin ones) and let it melt and heat in the oven.
Divide the mixture into hot molds with melted butter, bake and cook for about 15 minutes.
