Tiramisu recipe with berries from of 25-06-2012 [Updated on 17-10-2012]
Hello everyone, this week we start with the Tiramisu with berries, a cold spoon dessert, quick to prepare and delicious. I used frozen berries because they are not easy to find in my part of the world and fresh they cost an eye, but if you are lucky enough to have a forest near your home, you can also think about going to pick them up a bit as you do for porcini mushrooms;) Luckily the wedding week is over (Thursday my friend got married, Saturday my aunt) and I can resume the usual routine and cook a little something fresh and light suitable for this great heat, in the meantime try this Tiramisu with berries if that's your thing;)
now I greet you because today I am sensationally late, we will read later, kisses kisses

Method
How to make tiramisu with berries
In a non-stick saucepan, cook the berries with the sugar for 5 minutes.
Once flavored, turn off the heat and allow to cool
Prepare the cream by working the mascarpone with the icing sugar.Add the whipped cream and incorporate it into the cream with movements that go from bottom to top
Prepare the berry syrup by putting the water, sugar, berries and lemon juice in a saucepan
Cook until the sugar is completely dissolved, then blend everything with an immersion mixer
Dip the ladyfingers in the syrup obtained and put them as the base of the tiramisu
Cover a layer of cream and sprinkle with half of the berries
Cover again with a layer of ladyfingers soaked in syrup and cover with the remaining cream
Finish with the berries, then put the tiramisu with berries in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting it into squares and serving.
