Recipe of radicchio and prawns salad on 07-04-2016 [Updated on 07-04-2016]
The radicchio and shrimp salad is a perfect side dish to accompany fish dishes. Sophisticated, refined but very simple to make, it has become one of my favorite side dishes when I prepare a seafood lunch. The recipe is included in my second book, "I Menu di Misya 2", and from this I have also created the video recipe for donnamoderna, I hope you like it. I wish you a good afternoon and if you decide to make this salad, remember to use untreated clementines, as they are used with all the peel;)
How to make radicchio and shrimp salad
Take the juice of 2 clementines and put them in a bowl with oil, salt and green pepper. Stir and set aside.
Slice the remaining clementines and place half of them in the steamer basket, place the peeled shrimp on top and steam for 7-8 minutes.
Wash the radicchio and cut it into strips (set aside a couple of slices intact, you will use them to make a sort of bowl in which to serve the salad), put it in a bowl with the remaining slices of clementines.
Add the prawns, put in the fridge and let it cool.
Dress the salad with the citronette and serve.
And here's the video.
