How to make the radicchio and gorgonzola savory pie

Clean the radicchio by removing the harder outer leaves, cut it into strips and put it in a bowl with cold water

Prepare the shortcrust pastry (click here to see the procedure) and with it line a mold covered with parchment paper, prick the bottom with the tines of a fork

Sprinkle a thin layer of béchamel on the bottom and cover with half the ham

Drain the radicchio, dry it and put it on the speck layer, cut the gorgonzola into cubes and the raw ham into strips and add them scattered over the entire surface.

Cover everything with a layer of bechamel (recipe here)

Bake the salty tart with radicchio and gorgonzola at 180 ° in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool and serve
