Recipe for Christmas sweet balls of 17-12-2015 [Updated 09-03-2018]

These sweet Christmas balls are really cute: when I saw the recipe here I fell in love with them and immediately decided to make them. Apart from the fact that they are of a good that you cannot imagine, but above all they are wonderful to see. Already I imagine them packaged with transparent paper and a red bow, ready to give as a gift at Christmas, a great impression! Come on girls, this year I have not really spared myself, I have ranged far and wide to give you as many ideas as possible in the kitchen and, from your feedback, I think I have given you some excellent tips. Obviously my roundup of Christmas recipes is not finished yet, I still have some cartridges to shoot and then maybe we will make a top 10 for this 2015, what do you think? I leave you to the recipe of the sweet Christmas balls and I wish you a very sweet day, basins: *

How to make Christmas balls

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa in a bowl.

Separately, whip the eggs with the sugar.

Add the melted butter to the egg mixture and mix, then add the flours.

Mix well until the mixture is thick and homogeneous.

Then distribute it in buttered and floured molds.

Level well, then cook for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C.

Let the sweets cool and prepare the cheese glaze: mix the philadelphia with the icing sugar in a bowl.

With the help of a spoon, empty the hemispheres from the flat side.

Fill them with a little cream cheese.

Cover with part of the crumb, then assemble the balls by coupling 2 hemispheres at a time.

Prepare the ice by mixing the egg white with the icing sugar and a few drops of lemon until you get a thick glaze.

Decorate the balls by pouring a little icing from the center down.

Add other decorations to taste and serve.
