How to make meatballs with pesto
First, soak the bread with a little warm water, then squeeze it well.
Combine the minced meat in a bowl with bread, chopped fresh basil, parmesan, egg, pesto and a little salt (remember that pesto and parmesan will help give flavor to the mixture).
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
With wet hands, form the meatballs, about the size of a walnut, and pass them in the flour.
Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan, then quickly brown the meatballs, then add the wine, cover with the lid and cook for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
Remove the lid and reduce the sauce.
The meatballs with pesto are ready, serve them immediately.
