Hello, today I give you a delicious recipe with pasta for pizzas, Neapolitan fried scugnizzi, a specialty that you can taste in many Neapolitan pizzerias and of which I am very greedy. How to make the Neapolitan urchins
Melt the yeast in a bowl with water at room temperature
Add the flour and start kneading.
