Inspired by the ancient Tuscan panzanella, the sweet panzanella is the particular summer spoon dessert that I present to you today. Just like in the classic recipe, stale bread is used here too (but fresh too is fine) but the rest of the ingredients are totally different! If you have never thought that bread combined with fruit could become an excellent dessert, today you have the proof ... you just have to try it yourself, perhaps serving it with sour cream or a good ice cream;)
