Cinnamon Accordion Brioche Recipe of 15-09-2014 [Updated on 14-09-2018]
Hello, this cinnamon brioche it is worth trying, it has a unique smell, taste and softness, I saw the recipe published by a girl in the group and after translating the recipe (which you can find here in English) I immediately went to prepare the dough. Here in the office we literally fell in love with this brioche and if you like cinnamon you should definitely try it;)
Girls today was Elisa's first day of school, they organized a meeting in the gym with children, mothers and teachers, they made each child wear a paper crown and made them pass with us mothers through a tarpaulin in which it was depicted a castle.
It was really an exciting moment, the teachers were very sweet in establishing this symbolic rite of passage where we parents entrusted our dearest good to them while they reassured us by saying that they would treat all the children as if they were princes and princesses. The children were proud to receive the chaplet and to pass through the castle door to the praise and applause of all;)
Tomorrow will be the first day in the classroom, Elisa seemed very happy and at ease and tomorrow she will still have me by her side, I'm only afraid of the days to come, when I will have to leave, but as they say ... day at a time;) And to you friends? how was your little one's first day of school? I leave you now to the recipe and I wish you a wonderful day, kisses: *

Then place each packet square on top of each other
Then place a block side by side in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Then let it rise for another hour.
Bake the cinnamon brioche and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then take each slice and enjoy it all :)
