Recipe Rose di pancarrè di of 08-05-2014 [Updated on 01-07-2016]

If you have a package of bread rolls and are looking for a tasty idea to use it, here is my proposal, some bread roses stuffed with cherry tomatoes and slices :) The recipe is very simple, but the visual effect is very nice it could therefore be a idea for an appetizer to prepare for Mother's Day or for a dinner with friends. Today I am in a hurry, indeed, I would like to post another recipe, other roses but of a different kind, let's see if I can, basins: *

Method

How to make bread roses

Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, add a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, pepper and the small pieces of slices and mix
Flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin

Then cut in the 4 corners leaving a circle joined in the center and put a teaspoon of filling

Close in pink by joining the opposite edges 2 at a time

Put the bread roses obtained in the well oiled muffin molds, sprinkle with a drizzle of oil and cover with Parmesan cheese and bake at 200 °.

cook for about 10 minutes then Remove from the oven and serve hot
