How to make banana pancakes
Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Stir in the milk first and then the flour and yeast, it should result in a smooth and lump-free batter.
Peel the bananas, cut them into chunks and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Put the banana pieces in the batter, then take them one at a time, well coated with batter, and start frying them in hot oil.
As they are ready, drain the pancakes on absorbent paper.
The banana pancakes are ready, decorated with powdered sugar to taste and serve immediately.
