How to make nougat cheesecake
Cut the nougat into chunks, chop it in a mixer and set aside.
Now do the same for the biscuits that you will put in a bowl with the melted butter.
With the biscuit dough, form the base of the cheesecake on a circle of parchment paper inside a springform pan.
