I started by boiling the peeled potatoes and peeled carrots, of course in separate dishes :).

I chopped the cucumbers into small cubes and drained them, as well as the donuts. I boiled the frozen vegetables according to the instructions on the package, then I drained them in a sieve.

In the bag of vegetables were: carrots, peas, potatoes, celery, parsnips, all cut into cubes.

I also cut the olives into small pieces, as well as the smoked chicken breast.

In a large bowl I mixed all the drained vegetables and seasoned them with salt.

From the egg yolks, mustard and oil I made a mayonnaise that I matched to taste with salt and lemon juice.

I mixed three quarters of the amount of mayonnaise with the vegetables, and the rest I used to garnish.
