Fried fish

Cut the fish into larger slices and place in a pan. Salt, season and sprinkle with lemon juice. Allow 3-4 hours to be well penetrated by the spice, turning it from time to time from side to side. Sprinkle with flour and fry.

Low tomatoes- "Iahniet pandora"

Tomatoes are scalded and peeled. Cut into larger pieces. Chop the onion and pepper. Heat the oil and cook the onion and pepper for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, Vegeta, salt and pepper. Boil on low heat for 15 minutes.

French fries - "Mfarakeh patatas"
