If I baked so many eggplants, I said I would try this recipe as well. I have not eaten garlic so far but it is very good!

  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 75-80 ml oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Eggplant salad with garlic:

Bake the eggplants on the stove, or in the oven, or on the grill, until they are penetrated.
