Or baked potatoes with ham, cheese and sour cream. Very good, adapted from Vero's (Laly) recipe, but I'll tell you with all my heart that Gaby is to blame! I didn't want to do it, but if he showed it to me I couldn't help it .... of lust! :)): P

  • 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 200 g telemea
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g pork ham
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • salt, ground pepper

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Gratinated potatoes:

Wash the potatoes well and boil them in plenty of salted water. After they have boiled, let them cool and peel them.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a ceramic tray with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and place them in the pan. Season with a little salt and ground pepper. Add diced ham.

We beat the eggs together with the sour cream and the grated telemeau and we pour them in the tray over the potatoes. Sprinkle a tablespoon of breadcrumbs on top and bake until nicely browned on top.
