10. Scoateți checul din cuptor sau multicooker și lăsați-l să se răcească complet. Nu trebuie să-l tăiați în niciun caz când este fierbinte: checul se va lăsa din cauza pătrunderii aerului, va fi lipicios și nu va fi gustos. Presărați checul rece cu zahăr pudră.

Carne de porc coaptă în „șubă”!

Carnea coaptă în „șubă” se prepară foarte ușor și este incredibil de gustoasă. Cu acest fel de mâncare puteți să hrăniți toată familia și să serviți oaspeții! Ne plac asemenea rețete: pregătim repede ingredientele, le punem în tavă și așteptăm să se gătească, ocupându-ne de alte treburi.


-½ linguriță de condimente pentru carnea de porc

-salt, ground black pepper - to taste

-1/3 linguriță de usturoi granulat

-200 g de ciuperci Champignon

-5 linguri de smântână fermentată sau maioneză.


1.Curățați și spălați cartofii. Tăiați-i în bucăți și puneți-i într-o cratiță. Acoperiți-i cu apă și asezonați-i cu ½ linguriță de sare. Fierbeți-i până vor fi gata.

2.Tăiați carnea de porc (această rețetă este potrivită și pentru carnea de pui, și pentru carnea de curcan) în bucățele transversale, cu grosimea de aproximativ 5 mm.

3.Acoperiți bucățile de carne cu folie alimentară și bateți-le puțin cu ciocanul pentru carne. Sărați-le pe ambele părți. Presărați-le cu condimentele pentru carne, piperul negru măcinat și usturoiul granulat. Răspândiți uniform mirodeniile cu mâinile.

4.Puneți bucățile de carne într-un bol. Acoperiți-le cu folie alimentară și lăsați-le să se marineze cât timp pregătiți celelalte ingrediente necesare.

5.Tăiați ciupercile Champignon proaspete în cubulețe, iar ceapa — în semiluni subțiri.

6.Încingeți 2 linguri de ulei într-o tigaie. Adăugați ciupercile și prăjiți-le până se va evapora tot lichidul. Asezonați-le cu sare și piper negru măcinat. Stir.

7.Scurgeți apa din cratița, în care au fiert cartofii. Adăugați untul și laptele. Pisați cartofii cu zdrobitorul pentru piure până veți obține un piure omogen.

8.Tăiați roșiile în cerculețe subțiri.

9.Spargeți oul într-o farfurie. Adăugați puțină sare și bateți-l cu furculița.

10.Amestecați bucățile de carne, ca să mai răspândiți condimentele pe suprafața lor. Apoi scufundați-le în oul bătut și tăvăliți-le prin făină. Așezați-le pe o tavă tapetată cu hârtie de copt.

11.Așezați cerculețele de roșie pe bucățile de carne. Răspândiți semilunile de ceapă pe ele, după care și ciupercile prăjite. Dacă considerați că ceapa nu va reuși să se prepare, puteți să o opăriți în prealabil cu apă clocotită.

12.Al patrulea strat al „șubei” va fi reprezentat de piureul de cartofi, iar al cincilea strat — de cașcavalul dat prin răzătoarea mare.

13.Ungeți „șuba” cu smântână fermentată sau maioneză. Astfel cașcavalul nu se va rumeni prea repede și toate ingredientele vor avea timp să se gătească, iar carnea va fi moale și suculentă.

14.Introduceți tava în cuptorul preîncălzit până la 190°C și coaceți carnea timp de 30-40 minute. Dacă straturile superioare se vor rumeni prea repede, puteți să acoperiți tava cu folie de aluminiu.

15.Serviți carnea fierbinte, completându-o cu salată de legume.

Bun venit la Joia Culinară. În cadrul acestui thread vom schimba rețete, ne vom lăuda cu felurile de mâncare pregătite în ultimul timp și vom împărtăși sfaturi legate de bucătărie. Pozele și detaliile sunt încurajate!

Acest thread va fi recreat la fiecare două săptămâni. Postări anterioare.

Da, eu am un pressure cooker. Nu-mi plac astea electrice, am un Kuhn Rikon Duromatic. Asta e foarte bun la stews, dar cred că o să mai îmi iau unul mai înalt pentru supe.

eu am multicooker de la delimano si nu reusesc sa-l vand

Am facut cafea suedeză cu ou. Dacă vreți o cafea care e bine cofeinizată dar mult mai aromată și mai puțin amară, uitați aici rețeta:

Două căni (0.5l) de apă se pun la fiert. Într-un bol se amestecă un ou cu tot cu coajă plus 20-25g cafea măcinată ca pentru filtru/cafea la ibric. Se amestecă bine cu puțină apă rece și când dă apa în clocot se toarnă totul în oală.

Se fierbe 5 minute (cu ochii pe ea ca să nu dea oul pe afară) apoi se ia de pe foc și se toarnă o altă cană de apă rece ca gheața. Asta face tot maglavaisul ăla să precipite. Apoi se toarnă ușor printr-o sită sau se filtrează cu o presă franceză.

Albumina din ou absoarbe taninurile din cafea. Iese o cafea mai deschisă la culoare și mai puțin amară dar la fel de aromată și cu puțin mai multă cafeină.

De ce trebuie să fie cu tot cu coajă?

Am zis la un moment dat ca o sa fac quiche, iar azi am facut (kind of):

aluat pentru placinta (eu am luat din greseala foietaj)

Am uns tava cu ulei de masline, am pus foietajul (uns), am bagat in ea legumele sauteed, baconul prajit, branza si deasupra ouale batute cu iaurt.

S-a rupt cand am taiat pentru ca n-am folosit aluatul potrivit..

Am folosit ce am avut eu prin casa, sper sa nu vada postarea vreun francez ca n-o sa ma ierte curand.. :D

Aluatul pt quiche se face usor si in casa: vreo 300 g de faina (depinde cat de mare vrei sa o faci), jumate de pachet de unt softened (bagi la microunde vreo 20 de sec la putere mare), 1 ou, juma de cana de lapte(din nou, depinde de cata faina ai pus) si sare. Daca iti iese foarte sfaramicios e de bine(atata timp cat se tine intr-o bucata ca sa-l intinzi) asa trebuie sa fie aluatul asta.

Eu la pulled pork folosesc spata de porc si iese foarte bine (merge si antricot). Recomand reteta asta, pe care o fac de cativa ani. Musai sa incerci si salata aia coleslaw, merge perfect cu carnea de porc. :)

Am facut burgerul asta vegetal Cartof dulce la cuptor, orez fiert si fasole neagra la cutie, prajit Ketchup facut din rosii, sfecla rosie si ceapa la cuptor plus usturoi si alte condimente care mi-au venit in cap Salata coleslaw Castraveti murati Chifle facute de mine plus putin prajite pe o parte in ulei de masline extravirgin Tasted amazeballs :))

Am folosit 2 bucati de carne (pulpa si spata) de test.

Carnea am lasat-o la marinat

Pulpa a ramas mai tare, spata a fost the best. Servit cu salata de varza cum a recomandat si /u/daianara si azi am facut si niste chifle cu ce a ramas.

Vreau un circulator (sous-vide) decent, pentru acasă.

Are cineva sau cunoaște cineva pe cineva care are ceva asemănător și poate da un feedback?

E cineva dispus să redneck-engineer un circulator cu arduino. senzori, API și tot ce trebuie?

Stăteam și mă gândeam: cum videzi mâncarea inainte de a o ține în apă? După care am văzut că e pârlită un pic cu brennerul înainte de a o vida, deci nu cred că-i așa problemă.

Curiozitatea mea este cât de safe e gătitul sous-vide (știu că se practică mai hipsterește, dar nu știu prea multe despre el).

Variantă redneck poți face cu echipament de acvaristică în care circuli apa permanent (think pompă ca să o agite) și un termostat (există unele pentru acvarii de corali/climă ecuatorială) unde poți ține apa mai caldă. Pentru un termostat cu pompă, care doar arată drăguț și are wifi, $250 mi se pare exagerat, în condițiile în care ai cam 100RON în piese (și astăzi, $250 fac cam 1000RON, deci aproape 10x profit)

Poate încă o postare la joia tehnică ar fi mișto. Și eu m-am gândit odată să fac așa ceva.

Vă prezentăm o rețetă de carne de porc coaptă în pungă. Este cel mai simplu mod de a obține carne delicioasă, suculentă și aromată. Este un fel de mâncare ce poate fi servit atât în calitate de aperitiv, cât și în calitate de felul principal, însoțit de garnitura preferată. Bucurați-i pe cei dragi cu un astfel de deliciu și fiți siguri că nu va rămâne nici o felie.


– 1/2 linguriță boia de ardei dulce

Method of preparation

1. Spălați carnea și aranjați-o pe un prosop de bucătărie, astfel încât acesta să absoarbă excesul de apă.

2. Întretăiați carnea pe mijloc și desfaceți-o.

3. Potriviți carnea cu sare, piper negru măcinat. Frecați-o cu boia de ardei dulce.

4. Aranjați pe carne câteva felii mai groase de cașcaval.

5. Rulați carnea și fixați-o cu o ață.

6. Puneți carnea într-o pungă de copt și legați-i marginile.

7. Aranjați carnea într-o formă de copt. Coaceți-o în cuptorul preîncălzit până la temperatura de 180°C timp de aproximativ 60 de minute.

8. Lăsați carnea puțin să se răcească. Îndepărtați punga de copt, ața și tăiați carnea felii.

9. Decorați carnea cu verdeață și ardei iute.


Pui întreg, gătit perfect, în vas de fontă, marinat în iaurt și super condimente de la SpiceHub (unde aveți 10% reducere la orice comandă, folosind codul SH10), o mâncare potrivită oricând, în zile obișnuite sau la ocazii speciale!

Pielea este crocantă, iar carnea cade de pe os de fragedă! Este aromat, condimentat, nu ai cum să îi reziști!


Am pus iaurtul într-un bol și l-am amestecat cu condimentele, apoi am masat puiul pe afară, pe dinăuntru și pe sub pielea de pe piept cu amestecul obținut. Am pus puiul într-o pungă tip Ziplock și l-am dat la frigider peste noapte.

A doua zi, am scos puiul și l-am lăsat cam o oră la temperatura camerei, apoi l-am transferat într-o oală de fontă, pregătită cu hârtie de copt și l-am dat la cuptor, la 180 de grade, cu capacul pus, pentru 60 de minute.

După cele 60 de minute, am luat capacul, am uns puiul cu o lingură de ulei și l-am lăsat vreo 20 de minute să se rumenească. L-am întors, l-am uns din nou cu ulei și l-am lăsat alte 15-20 de minute să se rumenească și pe cealaltă parte.

L-am servit cu garnitură de pilaf de bulgur și ne-a plăcut tare de tot, vă recomand să încercați rețeta!
