Nothing sophisticated about them! It's an appetizer made with what we find around the house, by the mouth, obviously! :)
- 1 packet of puff pastry dough
- slices of salami (any salami you like)
- cheese slices (any kind)
- black olive paste
- basil leaves
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Bascute appetizer:
From the puff pastry I cut the dough slices with the mouth of the glass, I put them on the baking tray sprinkled only a little with water, I pricked them with a fork from place to place so that they don't grow too much and I gave them to preheat oven until browned. I left them to cool and then cut them in half. On the first part of the dough I put a slice of salami, and because the cheese slices were too big for these hams, I cut them with the shapes of cookies :) (I really had nothing to do! :)) and I put over a teaspoon of olive paste. Then came the basil leaf, then the lid, which I didn't decorate with anything ... maybe some ketch-up was going on? or a parsley leaf.
That's about it! Good appetite!
Chicken breast salad "Alex" & # 8211 a light appetizer, to everyone's taste!
We present you a delicious salad recipe with chicken breast. It is prepared from a minimal amount of ingredients, being perfect both for family dinner and for the holiday meal. Experiment with your favorite salad sauce and enjoy a new tasty appetizer every time.
-250 g of preserved mushroom mushrooms
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Boil the chicken breast in a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt. Remove from the pan and allow to cool. Cut it into small cubes.
2. Cut the preserved mushrooms into 2 or 4 parts.
3. Wash the tomatoes. Cut them into cubes.
4. Peel and chop the onion. Pour boiling water into the bowl with onions and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain the boiled water and wash the onion with cold water.
5. Grate the cheese.
6. Mix the salad ingredients. Add the crushed garlic.
7. Match with mayonnaise and spices to taste. Refrigerate the salad.

A new “unconventional” recipe for appetizers on the Easter table “înCerc” is proposed to us by nutritionist Larisa Rusu: eggs stuffed with avocado.
Easter Table "in a Circle": Stuffed Eggs with Avocado & # 8211 Ingredients and Preparation
- boiled egg white
- lemon juice
- marinated salmon
- salt and pepper
First, prepare the avocado paste: mix, in a bowl, the pulp of the avocado fruit with lemon juice (so as not to oxidize), garlic, salt and pepper.
The eggs are boiled in boiling water for at least 7 minutes, to be boiled hard. Clean and cut in half. Arrange the egg whites on the plate on which the stuffed eggs will be served, and add the yolks over the avocado paste.
In each egg white arrange a teaspoon of avocado paste, then decorate with a piece of smoked salmon.
