If you want to pamper your loved ones with a delicious dessert, then choose this cake recipe immediately. The “Nesquik” cake can also be an excellent birthday cake, because it is easy to prepare, the top is fluffy and a fine, creamy and sweet combination of cream will surely be appreciated by everyone.

Countertop ingredients

-2 tablespoons cocoa (or nesquik powder)

Cream ingredients

-200 g of boiled condensed milk

-2 tablespoons cocoa (nesquik powder)

Method of preparation

1. The countertop. Beat eggs with sugar, add butter, flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa or nesquik. Grease a form with butter, pour the dough and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. Remove the worktop, allow to cool and cut it into 3 equal parts. Leave one base for the base, and cut the other two into small cubes.

3. Cream. Beat the boiled condensed milk, cream and 2 tablespoons of cocoa or nesquik.

4. Mix the diced cubes with cream and walnuts, let them soak a little, then place them on the base and sprinkle nuts on top.

Goodness without butter, milk or eggs, this cake is perfect for fasting periods, when we have to respect certain dietary restrictions. It is true that fasting foods (including desserts) are commercially available, but how sure can we be that they were cooked correctly and naturally, without the use of preservatives, dyes, harmful fats, etc.? Today I propose a fasting cake made at home, which we can serve without fear of family, including children.

INGREDIENT: ESTIMATED TIME: 10 min + 35 min
flour & # 8211 400 gr
nesquik & # 8211 3 tablespoons tip
baking powder & # 8211 8 gr
coconut flakes & # 8211 30 gr
sugar & # 8211 160 gr
vanillin & # 8211 1 sachet
ginger powder (optional) & # 8211 5 gr

orange juice & # 8211 1 tbsp (or juice squeezed from 1/2 orange)
oil & # 8211 60 ml

COOKING METHOD:
In a bowl sift the flour with baking powder and vanillin, add salt, sugar, coconut, ginger and nesquik (ie all the dry ingredients) and mix well together.

In another bowl, mix the water with the oil and the orange juice, then pour the liquid composition obtained over the dry ingredients and mix well until you obtain a dough with the consistency of very thick cream. We lined the tray with baking paper (I used a rectangular heat-resistant glass dish with dimensions 24 cm x 17 cm).

Put in the preheated oven (180 degrees C) for 35-40 minutes (we also do the toothpick test).
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack until it cools completely. We can decorate the surface of the cake with sugar powder, magiun, whipped cream or we can serve it as it is.

The image shows that the cake formed a dome during baking, which we can cut with a sharp knife to give it a more presentable appearance, but it is not mandatory.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease two round pans with butter and add flour, then set aside. In a cup add 1.5 liters of water and dark chocolate. Leave in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring after 1.5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted. Put the cocoa powder over and set the mixture aside.

In a large bowl, mix the butter with the granulated and brown sugar for 2 minutes, until you get a fluffy consistency. Add eggs individually, mix well after adding each, and at the end, complete with vanilla extract.
