  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 pc. fresh ginger (1 cm.)

First of all, put the mushrooms in a larger bowl with hot water and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to hydrate for an hour.

Heat the chicken breast strands over high heat in a pan with two tablespoons of oil, and when they turn brown, add the onion and leave them on the fire together for 2-3 minutes.

Rinse the soaked mushrooms, chop them into the right pieces and put them in the pan over the chicken with onion.

Add a tablespoon of chili sauce, finely chopped ginger and soy sauce, then prepare the starch which I dissolve in 3-4 tablespoons of water.
