  • 4 upper thighs
  • 4 wings
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 canned tomatoes in juice
  • dry dill
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4-5 cloves garlic

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


We wash the meat well, we cut the chicken legs a little. In a larger saucepan put the cleaned and chopped onion and let it harden a little and then add the tomatoes that we pounded before. Let it harden a little together then add the meat (I boiled it a little, enough to take the foam) Add the tomato juice and water to cover the meat, cover and let it boil. When the meat is cooked, add the dill and spices to taste. We leave a few more boils and at the end we add the crushed garlic and if we want we can add finely chopped green parsley. Cover the pot and leave for about 5 minutes before serving
