A great way to make zucchini! They are tasty and not hard at all! You can play with the ingredients: in the filling you can put dill, tomatoes, parsley or whatever you like! They are very good!

  • 1 green zucchini
  • 100-120g salted beef tenderloin
  • 50g mozzarella
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • oregano
  • grated cheese (ementaler I put)

RECIPE PREPARATION Green zucchini appetizer rolls:

To start, wash the zucchini, wipe it and cut it into thin slices.

In a grill pan, place the zucchini slices and fry them for a few minutes on one side and another few minutes on the other side, then put them in a bowl / pot covered with a lid for 5-10 minutes while we prepare the filling.

Chop the Telemea cheese with a fork and add the diced red pepper and grated mozzarella (if you have fresh mozzarella, grind it with a fork, together with the telemeau).

Take a slice of zucchini from the pot with a lid, sprinkle a little oregano and place one end of a spoonful of the filling at one end, then roll lightly, until you get a nice roll filled with brazier: D

Place the rolls obtained in a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven of each one!

1. Wash the zucchini. Cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Arrange the zucchini in a bowl and season with salt. Leave the zucchini for a quarter of an hour at room temperature.

2. Wash the tomatoes, remove the spine and cut them into thin slices. Cut mozzarella into small slices.

3. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk. Pass the pumpkin slices through the bowl with beaten eggs, then through the flour.

4. Fry the zucchini in a hot pan with oil, 5 minutes on each side, over medium heat.

5. Wash the greens and chop finely. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the garlic. Mix the mayonnaise with the garlic and greens in a bowl.

6. Grease each slice of zucchini with the mayonnaise mixture. Arrange a slice of cheese and tomato on each slice of zucchini. Roll the slices.

7. Arrange the rolls with filling on a plate. Sprinkle them with greens.
